Electrician

An electrician is a skilled tradesperson who specializes in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in buildings and other structures. Electricians work with a variety of tools and equipment, such as wire strippers, pliers, and voltage testers, to install and repair wiring, circuit breakers, switches, and other electrical components. They may work in a variety of settings, including homes, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities, and may specialize in areas such as residential or commercial electrical work, industrial electrical work, or low-voltage systems. Electricians must be knowledgeable about electrical codes and safety regulations, and must be able to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
